Iraq going down hill

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The bloodiest bombings in Baghdad since the U.S. invasion in 2003, and the reprisals that swiftly followed, show that Iraq's sectarian conflict may be too far gone for leaders to stop, even if they want to.

The killings of some 250 people in just a few days last week marked a "high-water mark", analysts said. It demonstrated with savage clarity how little control Iraq's government exercises, with a security force accused of sectarian bias and a series of peace plans doing little to slow the pace of killing.  More From Reuters

What is America's Problem?

It seems as if there is always someone somewhere getting pissed off about some trivial little crap.

Out in the out-skirts of Denver, a homeowners association is threatening to fine a resident something like $25 a day because she put up a wreath with a peace sign that made a few neighbors a little ill.

Some of them stated that it was an Iraqi war protest and others even said that it was a symbol of Satan!

Do these people not have anything better to do? Last I heard, this was still a free country(for now) and we have the right to protest anything that we want to. We also have the right to worship, Christian or otherwise, whatever we choose to worship.
