Iraq Is About Oil: George Bush

    Before the war in Iraq started, President Bush said that this war was not about oil. Rumsfeld said "nonsense," 

    Now that the elections are near and it appears that the Repugnicans will lose some if not all of their leadership positions, George Bush has been out on the trail  what few fans he has left that oil is the reason to stay in Iraq! You know the story. If we leave then the insurgents will hand over the oil reserves to the terrorist who will then use it as a weapon against other countries.

"You can imagine a world in which these extremists and radicals got control of energy resources.And then you can imagine them saying, We're going to pull a bunch of oil off the market to run your price of oil up unless you do the following. And the following would be along the lines of, well, ' Retreat and let us continue to expand our dark vision.' " Bush said this at a rally for Rep.Marilyn Musgrave(R-Colo.) on Saturday.
