U.S. Chamber of Commerce

   Today we will be looking at the Chamber of Commerce, boys and girls, because you need to know what makes this agency tick!

   I will tell you right off the bat that this is another place that is run by a Bushco Crime Family member!

    That would be our esteemed Tom Donahue who just happens to be a corrupt lobbyist. He has taken the chamber and turned it into a tool for right-wing causes and the corporate crooks.

    As of late, he has push to weaken the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which was passed after the Enron scandal to ensure corporate accountability and to protect investors.

    Mr. Donahue has a little stock scandal of his own to contend with at the present time and it is not the first time he has had dealings with questionable companies.

   The current deal is that  Donahue is on the board of directors of Sunrise Senior Living which runs assisted living facilities for senior citizens.  you can read all of the gory details here from AlterNet
